Well, it’s happening. This once abandoned and almost forgotten race track, that Brian bought with the intention of having fun hosting private events and such, is now a full fledged race track that is going to be open to the public! Check out the latest video and help us congratulate Brian and all the folks who have helped make this a reality. We didn’t make it out there this year like we had hoped, but maybe he’ll have some winter snow races and let us come thrash on something. We’ll see. At any rate, we’re glad that it has worked out so well and hope this place is a successful and fun home for a lot of shenanigans and racing.

This has been just over a year in the making, but as you’ll see here we FINALLY reopened the once-abandoned racetrack! Without you guys watching at home, our friends, family, and the amazing sponsors we have this would not be possible.

Last year around this time I was at the American Sped Festival in Detroit, bordered by historic race vehicles of all different sizes and shapes. Two of them were 1968 turbine autos as fielded by STP. The automobiles driven by Joe Leonard and also the other by Graham Hill were fantastic and also they were not the first wind turbine entrances of Indy 500 tradition. Actually, also the 1967 initiative was not the first however it was absolutely the one that showed wind turbine engines can hang with the piston jobs. This film, called “The Silent Screamer” is an inside docudrama look at the 1967 STP wind turbine vehicle initiative.
